Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your artwork to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition in which you received it and returned in its original packaging.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted for orders delivered to the United Kingdom and European Union only. For information regarding damaged, missing, or lost international shipments, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Commissioned or Bespoke Artworks
Commissioned, personalised, or bespoke artworks are made specifically for you and are non-refundable, except where they are damaged, faulty, or otherwise required by law.

Return postage and any associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a specialist courier service that provides both tracking and full insurance. If your return is damaged, lost, or goes missing in transit, you may no longer be eligible for a refund.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your artwork. Please ensure it is dispatched within 14 days of receiving those instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your artwork for another piece, please follow the returns process outlined above. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for your chosen artwork.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
When contacting us, please include photographs of:
- The artwork
- Any damage to the packaging
- The shipping label and documentation
Please retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
