Welcome to Studio Anna. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the purchase of artworks offered through it.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or purchasing from us.

Each artwork is handcrafted and individually made. Due to the nature of the creative process, slight variations in colour, texture, pattern, or finish may occur and are considered part of the character of the work.

Every effort is made to display artworks accurately, however colours may vary depending on your screen or device settings.

Studio Anna accepts a limited number of bespoke commissions. The commission process, including consultation, design development, approvals, production, and delivery, is outlined separately on the website here.

To secure a commission, a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total commission fee are required before work begins.

The client will have the opportunity to review and approve the proposed design before production of the final artwork commences. Once approval has been given and production has started, significant design changes may not be possible and any requested alterations may incur additional charges.

Upon completion, final images and/or video of the artwork will be provided for approval. The remaining balance, including any applicable shipping costs, must be paid in full before the artwork is dispatched.

As commissioned artworks are created specifically for the client, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by applicable law.

All artworks are offered subject to availability.

Artworks placed in your basket are not reserved until your order has been completed and payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to withdraw artworks from sale or limit quantities at any time.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, though any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Once payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch your artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or artwork unavailability. Where payment has already been taken, any cancelled order will be refunded in full.

Shipping times, delivery estimates, customs information, and procedures for damaged, missing, or lost shipments are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their destination country unless otherwise stated.

Our Returns Policy explains your rights regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds and forms part of these Terms.

All content on this website, including but not limited to artwork, images, photographs, text, branding, logos, designs, and written material, is the intellectual property of Studio Anna unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

No content made available on this website, including but not limited to artwork, images, photographs, text, metadata, or other materials, may be copied, scraped, downloaded, reproduced, used, or otherwise exploited for the purposes of training, developing, fine-tuning, validating, or operating any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, generative AI model, dataset, or similar technology without the prior express written permission of Studio Anna.

Automated access to this website for the purpose of collecting or extracting content for AI or machine learning applications is expressly prohibited. By accessing this website, you acknowledge and agree that no licence or permission is granted for such use.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation or security. You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage or impair its availability or functionality.
