Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday only. Orders are not processed or shipped after 12:00 pm (GMT/BST) on Fridays, during weekends, or on public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If your order is expected to experience a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In these cases, you will need to follow our Returns Policy should you wish to return your artwork.
Tracking and Delivery
All orders are shipped using a tracked service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Depending on the courier and destination, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are in addition to the processing times outlined above. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are calculated using business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
All international orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). This means Studio Anna is responsible for shipping your order to its destination, while the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, or related fees.
For information about charges that may apply in your country, please contact your local customs authority.
Delays caused by customs processing or the non-payment of import duties and taxes are outside our control and may affect delivery times.
If an order is returned to Studio Anna because import duties or customs fees were not paid, you will be refunded the value of the artwork less the original shipping costs once the shipment has been safely returned.
Lost Shipments
A shipment will generally be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 10 business days of its estimated delivery date and the courier is unable to locate the parcel.
If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us at hello@anna.studio so that we can investigate with the courier.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so that we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
When contacting us, please include photographs of:
- The artwork
- Any damage to the packaging
- The shipping label and documentation
Please retain all original packaging until the matter has been fully resolved.
All shipments are insured. Where necessary, we will initiate a claim with the courier or insurer. Depending on the circumstances, the outcome of that claim may be required before compensation, replacement, or a refund can be determined.
Insurance claims can take up to 30 calendar days to be finalised, although we will keep you informed throughout the process.
